You Are Loved- It's Already Alright (All Right)

Sometimes it is hard to let it in. There are moments when you may feel your heart stretching so much that can be close to painful. We may not recognize this foreign sensation because we have denied it for so long. Breathe it in, let it saturate your being. You are loved. You are loved by those who you thought might never accept you again. You are loved by those with whom you have had troubles. You are loved by those with whom you have had an easy time. You are loved, even in the deep recesses and corners of your being, by yourself.

Let today be a day that you let that all in. You are loved.

"  Be aware of the warmth and good will from others toward you. Sense your connecting to others, how you are supported by a net of relationships. They don’t have to be perfect. Some people do care about you. You are almost certainly loved.Feel carried by consciousness, the effortless knowing of perception and thought. When stress, worry, pressure, or pain appear in the mind, see that the fabric of this suffering—the underlying operating of the mind—is itself fine, is always already fine." - Rick Hanson- JOT

Love Radiates Out In Concentric Circles

Love radiates out, in concentric circles, emanating from a heart of acceptance and peace.  When I am in my peaceful space, with neither the critic nor the applauder in the fore, when I am in the place of non- judging and non-comparing I am open to the expression of love.

This love flows IN to my inner being, and flows out to all beings.  Like a kid on a good day- everything is animated, real, and available to be loved and accepted.

And it follows that if this can come from me to me and to you; perhaps it is available out there, to me FROM the many "you"s as well.

Today - I will act "as if" and see what happens. I am loved.

There is far more love available to us in any given moment than we might be aware. And there is much, much more love in our hearts than we as adults have been conditioned to believe is appropriate to express.- Kate Johnson, "Making the First Move"

Relationship with Yourself - Love Can Be Difficult

IN RELATIONSHIPS; WITH OTHERS AND WITH YOURSELF

Remember... you are in relationship with yourself - so the best you bring to ANY relationship - you also bring to yourself. Do be kind, and loving and patient, forgiving and disciplined with yourself.  With permission and with guidance - grow in the direction of your sun; your internal goodness and your higher power.

Love Can be Hard

“Love can be hard. Love requires you to be kind when you are angry, patient when you feel anxious, compassionate when you judge others, caring when you feel apathetic, trust when you've been wronged, let go when you want to hold on, know that the other person is you, take risks when you're scared, to always see the lesson and never look back once you've decided."

- Jackson Kiddard
